Tim Sinclair - Managing Director
Tim Sinclair is the founder and Managing Director of Quincy Human Capital. He has spent 35 years building organisational and individual capability across a variety of industries and business structures.
As General Manager of Laser Clinics Australia, Tim led the organisation through an unpresented period of growth, resulting in the acquisition of the business by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) in 2017.
Tim’s experiences spans a variety of industries (Professional Services, FMCG, Retail, Health Services) and ownership structures (Partnership, Private Equity, Mutinational, Australian Corporate, Franchise System).
He is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate of the AICD, and has a Masters in Education
